Retail therapy
To support a relaunch, Brandpoint were briefed to handle marketing support, and an integrated campaign has evolved since 2001. Beyond press, radio and outdoor advertising and shopper-support materials, a website is helping promote the centre.
‘The website is an important marketing weapon. It gives an upbeat overview of Cwmbran, and provides a directory to all the stores. Also it keeps shoppers up to date with our news, and informs them about our lively programme of events. Because it coordinates with our other publicity, it helps strengthen our branding.
